1. Returns Eligibility

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused

• Items must be in their original condition

• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

Once your return request is approved, you must send the item back within 14 days.

2. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Faulty

• Incorrect

• Missing items

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide proof (such as photos).

In such cases, we will:

• Arrange a replacement, or

• Issue a full refund at no additional cost

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Processing time is 5–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item

5. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before processing or dispatch

• Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible
